At Aubamar Hotels, we offer the simplest way to book a hotel, whether via the website or through our reservations department. For this reason, you will find the same prices and availability on Aubamar.com as you would via email or telephone.

Prices may vary through travel agencies, as they depend on the contracts they have signed. If you are looking for the best price online, Aubamar.com guarantees the best online rate.

If you booked through Aubamar.com, please access the "MY BOOKING" section and enter your booking number and email address. 

If you booked through our reservations department, please contact  reservations@aubamar.com  providing the hotel name and booking number.

You may also contact us to make modifications if you are unable to do so via the "MY BOOKING" section; provided the modifications are not solely a change of dates.  

If you booked through another company or agency (neither via aubamar.com nor Aubamar Hotels customer service), please contact that third-party company or agency directly.

Prepaid bookings do not allow for modifications, and any cancellation will be subject to the penalty corresponding to the specific rate.

If you need to book 6 rooms or more in the same booking, it will be considered a group. Therefore, the quotation will be handled by the reservations department via email at reservations@aubamar.com.  For any group not processed as such, the hotel will not accept specific requests and/or requirements.

The main access to the resort is located at Avenida Fra Joan Llabrés, 10, in Playa de Palma, Mallorca. For bookings of superior rooms (Junior Deluxe or Suite) in the Suites building, VIP Access is available via Calle Misión San Diego, 17, in Playa de Palma, Mallorca. Its privileged location is just 150 metres from the beach, 5 minutes from Palma Airport (PMI), and 10 minutes from the historic city centre.

Official check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out must be before 11:00. The hotel provides a 24-hour reception service and complimentary luggage storage so you can enjoy the facilities if you arrive early.

Currently, Aubamar Palma Resort does not allow pets on its premises to ensure the comfort and health standards of all guests.

Yes, the hotel features facilities without architectural barriers and rooms adapted for wheelchair users, ensuring full accessibility in common areas, pools, and restaurants.

While we want you to remain relaxed throughout your stay, Aubamar Palma Resort requests a Smart Casual dress code, particularly during dinner service at the Algust and Aldente restaurants. Access to restaurants or indoor areas in swimwear, without footwear, or without a shirt is not permitted. In pool areas and outdoor terraces, relaxed holiday and swimwear is perfectly welcome.

Our suites are equipped with 43" Smart TVs with integrated Chromecast, free high-speed WiFi, Nespresso coffee machines, smart climate control, and a safe with capacity for a laptop.

Yes, access to the thermal circuit and wellness area is completely free for all staying guests.

To ensure an experience of maximum peace and tranquillity, we recommend the use of the water area for those aged 16 and over. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this peaceful space.

Access to the Spa & Wellness area includes the sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), hydromassage bath, and sensation showers. We also have a heated indoor pool open all year round. Treatments and massages incur an additional cost and must be booked in advance.

Yes, Aubamar is a Cycling Friendly hotel. We have a specialised Cycling Station offering secure storage, maintenance tools, a wash area, and advice on routes around Mallorca.

We offer a wide range: Algust Restaurant, Aldente Restaurant, 3 Pool Bars for snacks by the pool, and the exclusive Aubamar Rooftop, where you can enjoy signature cocktails and panoramic views of Palma Bay.

For dinner service in our restaurants and for access to the Rooftop, a Smart Casual dress code is required. Access in swimwear or without a shirt is not permitted.

Yes, our kitchen staff are trained to manage allergens and intolerances. We recommend informing us of any special dietary requirements when booking or upon arrival at the restaurant.

The complex boasts an impressive aquatic offering including:

The hotel has two indoor car parks available for an additional fee (maximum height 2.10m).

Yes, as part of our commitment to sustainability, we have charging stations for electric cars in the hotel car park.

We feature the Aubamar Convention Centre (opened in 2025), a space of over 300 m² with a capacity for more than 250 people. We also offer exclusive rooms such as Alex Conference, Assaig and the Alex Library for private meetings, as well as events on the Aubamar Rooftop.
